Interpretation of 2 Thessalonians Chapter 3 Verse 14

In 2 Thessalonians 3:14, Paul is instructing the Thessalonians to note any man who does not obey their word by this epistle. He is encouraging them to have no company with such a man, so that he may be ashamed.
