1 Thessalonians 4:2
The Bible in 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 Verse 2 says:
For ye know what charge we gave you through the Lord Jesus.
Interpretation of 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 Verse 2
In 1 Thessalonians 4:2, Paul is reminding the Thessalonians of the instructions he gave them through the Lord Jesus. He encourages them to live in a manner that is pleasing to God and consistent with the teachings of Jesus. He reminds them to abstain from sexual immorality and to live a life of purity and holiness. He reminds them to work hard and to treat each other with respect. Finally, he encourages them to love one another and to live in harmony with each other.
