Colossians 3:16
The Bible in Colossians Chapter 3 Verse 16 says:
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms [and] hymns [and] spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts unto God.
Interpretation of Colossians Chapter 3 Verse 16
Colossians 3:16 urges Christians to allow the teachings of Jesus Christ to permeate their lives. This can be done through studying scripture, reflecting on the teachings of Jesus, and by singing praises to God. All of these activities will help believers to become more like Christ and to live in a way that pleases God. By allowing the Word of Christ to dwell within them richly, believers can grow in wisdom and be an example to others. Through singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with grace in their hearts, they can glorify God and bring joy to their lives.
