The Bible in Ephesians Chapter 1 Verse 23 says:
which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
Interpretation of Ephesians Chapter 1 Verse 23
Ephesians 1:23 is part of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, in which he speaks of the mystery of Christ–that he is the head of the Church, His body. Paul explains that the Church, being the fullness of Him, is filled with all the fullness of God Himself. By His presence in the Church, God is able to fill all in all, and thus, the Church is the vehicle through which God can fulfill His will in the world. The Church is the instrument through which God is able to work, demonstrating the power of His love, grace, mercy and justice.
