Galatians 5:15
The Bible in Galatians Chapter 5 Verse 15 says:
But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.
Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 5 Verse 15
This verse in Galatians 5:15 is a warning to believers to not be consumed with envy and bitterness. It is a warning against living in a way that is based on envy and hostility, where we hurt and devour each other, rather than build up each other. When we let envy, hatred, and bitterness consume us, we are hurting each other and destroying relationships. This is not the way God wants us to live and so He is warning us against it. Instead, we should be living in love and harmony, not in conflict and contention.
