Galatians 5:7
The Bible in Galatians Chapter 5 Verse 7 says:
Ye were running well; who hindered you that ye should not obey the truth?
Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 5 Verse 7
In Galatians 5:7, Paul is addressing the church in Galatia and reminding them of their former enthusiasm and obedience to the truth. He is essentially asking them, “What has happened that you have stopped running the race and have not obeyed the truth?” Paul is warning them about the dangers of following the false teaching of the Judaizers, who were trying to persuade the Galatians to keep the law of Moses as a means of salvation. Paul is reminding them that it is only through faith in Christ alone that they can be saved, and that any other way of obtaining salvation is not from God.
