Galatians 3:2
The Bible in Galatians Chapter 3 Verse 2 says:
This only would I learn from you. Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 3 Verse 2
In Galatians 3:2, Paul is asking the Galatians a question about whether they received the Spirit through their works of the law (following the Mosaic Law) or by the hearing of faith (believing in Jesus and His promise of salvation). Paul is emphasizing the importance of faith over works, as it is only by believing in Jesus that one can be saved. He is trying to show the Galatians that the law cannot save them, and that they need to have faith in Jesus to be saved.
