The Bible in Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 9 says:

Interpretation of Galatians Chapter 2 Verse 9

In Galatians 2:9, Paul recounts his conversion experience and the subsequent recognition of the grace of God that had been bestowed upon him. He explains that James, Cephas (Peter), and John—who were renowned as pillars of the church—offered him and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship. By this gesture, they acknowledged Paul’s apostolic work in sharing the gospel with the Gentiles, while they reserved their ministry to the Jews of the circumcision. This passage is significant in that it reveals the unified approval of Paul’s calling, and serves as a reminder of the importance of fellowship and unity among believers.
