2 Corinthians 3:11 is a reminder to the Corinthians of the glory of God that remains. Paul compares the glory of the old covenant, which has since passed away, to the much greater glory of the new covenant. Paul emphasizes the permanence of the new covenant and reassures the Corinthians that the glory of God is ever-present.
