2 Corinthians Chapter 3 Verse 6

2 Corinthians 3:6

The Bible in 2 Corinthians Chapter 3 Verse 6 says:

who also made us sufficient as ministers of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Interpretation of 2 Corinthians Chapter 3 Verse 6

2 Corinthians 3:6 is a reminder from Paul that God has made us all sufficient to be ministers of the new covenant. This new covenant is not based on the letter of the law, but on the spirit of the law. The letter of the law can kill, but it is the Spirit that gives life. The Spirit changes us from the inside out and enables us to be the ministers of the new covenant. This is a reminder to us all that God is the one who makes us sufficient, and that it is only by His grace and power that we can do the work He has called us to do.
