John 5:34
The Bible in John Chapter 5 Verse 34 says:
But the witness which I receive is not from man: howbeit I say these things, that ye may be saved.
Interpretation of John Chapter 5 Verse 34
In John 5:34, Jesus is speaking to the Jewish leaders. He tells them that the witness he has is not from man, but from God. He says this so that they may be saved and have the assurance of eternal life. Jesus is telling them that their salvation is through faith in him and not through any works of their own. He is the only way to salvation.
