John 5:14
The Bible in John Chapter 5 Verse 14 says:
Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing befall thee.
Interpretation of John Chapter 5 Verse 14
In John 5:14, Jesus encounters a man who had been crippled for 38 years and healed him. Jesus then tells the man, “Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing befall thee.” In other words, Jesus warns the man that if he does not lead a righteous life and turns away from his sin, he may be in danger of suffering a worse fate. This passage reminds us of the importance of living a life of faith and holiness, as God promises blessings for those who do so and warns of consequences for those who do not.
