Luke 11:28
The Bible in Luke Chapter 11 Verse 28 says:
But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
Interpretation of Luke Chapter 11 Verse 28
In this passage from Luke 11:28, Jesus is responding to a comment made by a person in the crowd who said that Jesus was blessed because of the work he was doing. Jesus responds by saying that it is actually those who hear the word of God and keep it who are truly blessed. He is emphasizing the importance of actually taking action on the word of God and not just hearing it. He is urging everyone to take the word of God to heart, and apply it to their lives, in order to be blessed.
