Luke 4:11
The Bible in Luke Chapter 4 Verse 11 says:
and, On their hands they shall bear thee up, Lest haply thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Interpretation of Luke Chapter 4 Verse 11
In Luke 4:11, Jesus returns to his hometown of Nazareth and is asked to read from the book of Isaiah in the synagogue. He reads a passage which talks of how people will be protected from harm and how they will be carried on the hands of the Lord so that they don’t stumble or hurt themselves. Jesus then proclaims that this prophecy has been fulfilled in him. He is telling the people of Nazareth that he has come to protect them from harm and to carry them through the difficult times. He is assuring them that no matter what, he will be there to help them and keep them safe.
